Q: Are your Murano chandeliers authentic?
A: Yes. Murano Imports stands behind each chandelier we sell. Each Murano chandelier sold by us features the Murano Glass Trademark seal. The seal ensures that the piece is authentic and actually produced by a glassmaker from the island of Murano. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Q: Can I customize the size, color, etc. of the chandelier?
A: Absolutely, many of our clients customize the chandeliers to meet their needs. We work with our clients to help them find a chandelier that they absolutely love.
Q: Is it possible to modify the length of the chandelier chain?
A: Yes it is. The chain length can be changed according to your needs.
Q: Does the advertised length of the chandelier include also the chain?
A: No, the length goes from the final pendant to the top glass cup of the chandelier body.
Q: How do I hook the chandelier to the ceiling and will the junction of wires be seen?
A: There is a glass or gold finished metal ceiling plate not normally visible on photos.
Q: Will I be able to use the light bulbs normally available in my Country?
A: Yes, the electric wiring is set as required by the standard regulations of your country. Please note that we do not supply bulbs with any of our products.
Q: Will my chandelier arrive in separate parts and how difficult will be to assemble it?
A: Yes, we send chandeliers in separate parts and it’s very easy to assemble them. Each flower, leaf or arm, slides into its own hole placed on a disk. If you need further assistance, call us at (917) 499-1904!
Q: Are there any extra expenses?
A: Yes, all purchases shipped outside of Italy are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the customs office of the buyer’s country. Buyer is responsible for these charges.
Q: What should I do if all or some pieces arrive broken?
A: You will let us know immediately by emailing a photo of the broken piece/s, and we will remake it/them for you as soon as possible.
Q: Will you send me some replacements if I need them later?
A: Of course, we assist our clients forever. Just call or email us and we will prepare the parts you need.
Q: How long will it take to make the chandelier that I want to order?
A: The time varies according to the complexity of the chandelier and number of orders we have at that moment, but an average time would be from 30 to 60 days, except August and Christmas when no work is done due to vacation.
Q: How long does the delivery take?
A: About 2-5 days (we normally ship via UPS). We’ll provide you a UPS tracking number for you to be able to follow the shipping.
Q: Will I receive my chandelier right to my door step, or have I to go to collect it at my nearest airport?
A: You will receive your chandelier, lamp or torch light right to your door step.
